My Ashes Jewellery Process

Memorial jewellery is highly personal and emotionally significant. That's why I take the time to handmake each piece with extreme care and respect. It's my goal to create ashes jewellery that serves as an enduring tribute to your loved one.

Sending Your Ashes

After placing your order, you’ll receive a collection pack with detailed instructions and a small grip bag for sending your ashes to in. To create each piece of memorial jewellery, approximately half a teaspoon of ashes is needed.

Please send the ashes in the small grip bag provided along with your completed order form. I recommend sending them via a tracked and signed courier service. Any remaining ashes will be returned to you with your finished jewellery.

Colours

You'll have the option to choose a colour to be mixed in with your loved one's ashes. For this, I use high-grade mica powder and carefully blend the ashes and powder in a clear resin.

Pendants

All pendants include an 18-20 inch sterling silver adjustable chain. For custom requests, please reach out at: info@amiejacobs.com 

Ring Sizing

Ordering the correct ring size is very important. Once your ring has been made, there's no way to resize it. I recommend going to a jeweller to get your finger sized, as some of the plastic ring sizers don't give an accurate measurement. Most high street jewellers will do this for free.

Refunds

If there's an issue with your jewellery, I'll work with you to find a solution that you’re happy with. Due to the complex nature of memorial jewellery, I cannot offer a refund.
