Steps:

• Choose the correct size and background colour and place your order.
• You’ll receive a collection pack detailing instructions on how to send your ashes.
• Once I receive your ashes, you’ll get a confirmation email and I’ll begin working on your piece. My turnaround time is two weeks from the day I receive the ashes. 
• Your completed piece will be sent via Royal Mail 24-hours tracked and will require a signature. You’ll receive an email with tracking information.
• Your jewellery will arrive carefully wrapped in a gift box along with any unused ashes.
